I was given a car with mint and scratches in the cargo compartment without a service worker, which was to describe it with me, then at the end of the lease they wrote that I did this damage to the car, taking advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner. It's good that I had video evidence and photos that proved that the damage was old, so I realized that this is a way to earn extra money on tourists. After this shameful situation, they did not even apologize. I do not recommend this service to anyone!

please make sure u see the car before paying for it at the counter. the van i got was in the worst ever condition possible. dirty inside and out. smelly on the inside. and i could not cancel since i already paid.

Best SIXT location I know. Plenty of cars available with knowledgeable and friendly staff going the extra mile for their customers. Last time they gave me a double upgrade, because I have rented several weekends in a row. Quick handling of car returns and long opening times. 5 stars well deserved

Very friendly staff, quick and easy handling of additional requests, even though my reservation was switched on short notice due to COVID-19 restriction. Happy to use this station again when I need a car in Essen!

In general good, but a little bit complicated to return the rental car on 6th floor in the parking house and then down again to return the car key.

Nice car. A bit pricy though. No one answered on the phone when we had an oil problem.
