Had a horrible eating experience. The Service staff was very unfriendly and arrogant. Paneer pakoda is not made by Paneer(Indian Home Made cheese). We left the food. Waitress did not even care to ask why we did not eat it. Other than this i ordered lamb which was good. When i was about to pay i asked if this was Paneer. The waitress started arguing and saying this is real Paneer and they make it on their own. I told her this is not real Paneer. She Said No this is real paneer.I asked why it is rubbery, to which she Said there is too much Work in kitchen and If Milk stays For long it becomes like this.Than she Said then you know more than me and Just left. I Had a Bad experience and am Sure will never go there again even If lamb was Not Bad ( i would give it 7/10). Really Bad experience. Indian food is my Passion. I Cook a lot myself and have made Paneer hundreds of time and someone telling you that the dish you are eating For 30 years and have eaten thousands of times is not right and their way Iis corect is not acceptable. Had she Just told me i am sorry you did not like it, but we make it this way it would have been acceptable For me.

Service is good, however the food served here can't be labelled Indian. All in a similar tomato based gravy, poor quality , the grilled platter with lamb was too terrible. Lamb all chewy and tasteless. Only good thing was Samosa and Naan. Mango lassi was average too. Apart from that we had ordered chhole, paneer which had too much tomato, daal makhni( yellow dal instead of kali daal) ,prawns(had that frozen taste still) . All of these and that too at a higher price doesn't make it worth a visit.

Not too impressive but not too bad either.

Positives: Fantastic Kulfi, nice Naan and Paneer Naan breads. Good ambience and attentive service. Food was brought to the table quickly.

Negatives: Tandoori chicken was a disappointment, it wasn't very flavourful or authentic.

Really good North Indian food... Service was really good, food portions are more than enough and the taste is beyond good. I recommend it.

One of the worst nightmare to visit this restaurant. Please don't waste your hard earned money here. First of all with respect to hospitality, full of arrogance and attitude and the way they treat to the customer is very bad. I think they have forgotten how to behave with customer. With respect to food, samosa was completely blotting with oily layer and taste was like potato boiled. Very bad experience. They need to learn hospitality, how to cook food. I don't know why they open restaurant if they don't know above facts.

I hate to have to ever give a negative review, but I have had a terrible experience with this restaurant.

I had ordered from them on three occasions: The first time they delivered somebody elses food and made me cycle down to them to collect my order, I did not want to cause hassle and didnt mind a cycle so I did this.

On the third occasion I ordered food, again they sent somebody elses order, when I pointed this out the staff member tried insisting that I was wrong and had the right order (extra curries with different meats and a totally different starter). He began getting more aggressive and shouting down the phone at me. Eventually he hung up. I rang again, believed I had convinced them to send my correct order and he hung up again as I was mid sentence. He hung up again on my third attempt.

I waited an hour, no sign of my food. I called again and got a more helpful staff member who asked what my order was meant to be but he rushed off and another colleague then took the call, seemed confused and hung up. I called again, and they hung up.

I have now been waiting over 2 and a half hours for my food to arrive, which has ruined the evening and spoiled all other plans while I wait for food which I am not even confident will arrive at this point.

Edit: 10pm came around. My food never arrived despite all the trouble and waiting around it was all for nothing. I called them just before 10, they just said to call tomorrow. Vile experience.
