We loved our stay at the Hotel. Service is very professional and welcoming. We would forsure make a visit for the next time.

Decent but quite boring hotel. Also getting a bit outdated. Suite with no writing desk and no walk in shower is below current standards. Nice breakfast.

I received not the confirmed room.
Another room was given, again a wrong one.

The third trial was successful.

Being tired after a long travel it was an unpleasant experience, unlike what I expected from a Sheraton hotel.

Excellent hôtel.
Excellent location.
But unfortunately you have to pay for WiFi in the room !

Hotel is ok, nothing special. No recognition as an ambassador member, got a (small) financial compensation upon check-out.
Breakfast is ok, food quality at bf is great, but it was so crowded and the staff was definitely not used to this, one big chaos. Rooms are clean, with a nice Parkview and a good coffee machine.
Bathroom as expected, clean and big enough. Lounge is closed(covid) they offer some food and drinks in the bar, but it seems that the bar is not really aware of how it works. Parking inside and outside available.
City center is on walking distance

We enjoyed a weekend while staying in the Sheraton. The accommodation is perfectly suited being situated near to every type of leisure. Returning to the hotel is a pleasure because it is clean and has a very good staff.

I had a lovely stay at Sheraton Essen. The check in experience was fantastic and has exceeded every other one I have had over the years. My room was spacious and clean and the Wifi reliable. The breakfast was generous and delicious. I hope to be back!
