Avoid the hotel we wanted 2 rooms for one night but on the reception is bald fatty sausage(bratwurst) angry arrogant guy who sleep in work instead of working and kicked us out aggressively on arrival i think hotel management should reconsider employing him.....if i could i give - 7 stars was very traumatic experience

The worst hotel that i've been in my life....
-Rooms were cold.
-water in shower was cold.
-baths was very dirty.

Terrible place - moldy tiles in bathroom, noisy radiator in bathroom, stains all over walls - looks like spilled dark drink or blood ! Flaky paint. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Couldnt even complain as i was moved from partnership hotel where i was paying attention if its described if staff can speak english - in lousie there was only 1 person at evening shift when i checked in who spoke english and thats all.

1. At my arrival noone has been at the reception
2. Room was dirty and lamps were broken
3. Internet almost non existent (0.2download)
4. No cleaning lady for two days, told the receptionist who accused me of lying.

Generally not recommendable and overpriced.

Don’t take room 40.
Breakfast are poor and always the same. This should not be called hotel, but hostel. The girl on morning watch is very nice for everyone. Others not that much.
Room: very dirty floor with some old synthetic covering. Looks and feels like from 80’s.
Bathroom: flushing toilet water was floating from shower cabin sink...

Non English speaking personel, cold coffee, bathrooms in great need of an overhaul, NO help at all when we needed to print our plane tickets and they also charged us for one night extra (and now they are not answering our e-mails).

So disappointed! Never again!

Keep away from this hotel. Awful place. It is unsafe place for kids, cables aren't hide. Views from windows directly on construction site. Included only cheap breakfasts. Mold in the bathroom.
