Pretty centrally locatwd, ~250-300m from subway station, clean and warm but very basic room. Available are TV, a mini fridge, hair dryer and daily fresh towels. The beds were not very comfy as they were making noises anytime I was moving. The breakfast was pretty good although there are mot too many options.

The place was so filthy I left on the same day. The carpet was dirty, not stained, but flat-out dirty. The walls and tables had something spilt on them, and there was tooth past on the bathroom door. The room stank. There was no one at the reception, I had to call a number to get someone to check me in.

My friend stayed here for 5 nights and it was a disaster. The room was dusty at arrival, with dirt in all of the corners. Breakfast was really poor. They charged her 50€ for apparently not checking in even though she obviously was. We had to wait almost an hour for the boss to come talk to us because none of the employees knew what they were doing and didnt want to give her her money back. The woman at the front desk even had the nerve to say that it was my friends fault and she shouldve gotten a receipt to prove that she was indeed checked in. Because apparently the payment receipt and room key and being present doesnt count.
In short: Extremely unorganized, nobody seems to know anything about working in a hotel, its a mess.

My room was basic but clean. I had a room on the back of the hotel so it was quiet at night. The breakfast was cereal or bread/cheese/meats. A bit more selection would have been nice, but what I had was nice.

Nice for a short stay, but the tobacco smells everywhere (even on the pillows) are bad being a non smoker, should add an odor remover to the cleaning routine

Its good place for stay. So great staff, they help me a lot. Single room, right enough for me, to. do my work, stay. All facilities provided including breakfast.

The hotel is located in one of the best neiberhoods of Essen, close to restaurants, bars and metro stations. The hotel has 4 floor with elevator, the rooms are clean and comfortable, wifi available and breakfast included.
