I went to the cafe with my 3 year old daughter and son sleeping in a sling. After being dismissively smiled at for walking in without a reservation, I was told there was no space left. So far so good... When I was about to leave I was offered a seat for an hour. Also good. I waited 15 minutes but nobody took care of me. My daughter meanwhile played with the toys there. When I realized that no one will take care of me, I wanted to leave, which of course did not go unnoticed. After it was explained to me that my child would of course not be allowed to play here if I didn't eat anything, I offered to pay the game fee, namely €2.50. The fact that the lady insisted that I pay this, I found it tart, but somehow still understandable. But then I actually had to pay €2.50 again because I had a sleeping 4-month-old baby with me. So I had to pay €5 for not being served and my daughter slipping while waiting. That was really weak.
The cafe is certainly doing very well and a guest more or less won't notice, but I definitely won't be going in there again.
The two stars are for the café itself and the good play facilities for children aged 2 and over. I would like to give minus points for service.

Trauriges Café Erlebnis!
Ich ging mit meiner 3-jährigen Tochter und meinem im Tragetuch schlafenden Sohn in das Café. Nachdem ich abweisend dafür belächelt wurde, dass ich ohne Reservierung hereingekommen sei, sagte man mir, dass es keinen Platz mehr gäbe. So weit so gut... Als ich gehen wollte, wurde mir angeboten, einen Platz für eine Stunde zu bekommen. Auch gut. Ich wartete 15 min, jedoch kümmerte sich Niemand um mich. Meine Tochter spielte inzwischen mit den dortigen Spielsachen. Als ich merkte, dass sich niemand um mich kümmern wird, wollte ich gehen, was natürlich nicht unbemerkt blieb. Nachdem mir erklärt wurde, dass mein Kind natürlich nicht hier spielen dürfe, wenn ich nichts verzehren würde, bot ich an, den Spielbeitrag zu zahlen, nämlich 2,50€. Dass die Dame darauf bestand, dass ich dies zahle, fand ich zwar dreißt, aber irgendwie noch verständlich. Dann musste ich aber tatsächlich nochmal 2,50€ zahlen, weil ich ja noch ein schlafendes 4 Monate altes Baby dabei hatte. Ich habe also 5 € dafür bezahlen müssen, dass ich nicht bedient wurde und meine Tochter in der Wartezeit rutschte. Das war wirklich schwach.
Das Café läuft mit Sicherheit sehr gut und ein Gast mehr oder weniger werden sie nicht bemerken, aber ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr hinein gehen.
Die zwei Sterne gibt es für das Café an sich und die guten Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder ab 2 Jahren. Für Service würde ich am liebsten Minuspunkte vergeben.
