To start on a positive note, the front desk staff were very nice and helpful getting us checked in. Also, the hotel and the room were clean so that's always a plus. Finally, the location is perfect since it's about a 2 minute walk away from the Hauptbahnhof. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
From what I can tell, this hotel does not have any policy when it comes to their cleaning staff entering rooms. While my partner and I were having fun adult times, a member of staff decided to walk right in, no knocking, just stroll right in like it was their personal room. He then immediately left, no apology, just closed the door. I spoke to the front desk about it later and they apologized but it was still 100% unacceptable.
If you stay here, make sure you lock your door well because guess privacy does not seem to be very important here.
