I was the only customer inside, and 3 persons at work.
The man with officetable at the right side seemed irritated by my wish to see the touristic-cups before deciding wich one to buy.

That poor man seemed to think it was too much work to get me the two cups so I could see the backside of it aswell.
Lifted his eyebrows and demonstrated with his slow walk that my wish was pointless.

On top of that he was rude enough to insult me by turning the cup up side down and say; "It is picture of Essen.. It doesn't change to Australia if you turn it upside down"

So he chose to insult the ONE customer inside the store.

I regret I bought the cup there. He should not get my money for beeing such an ash*le.

Auch wenn man sich ca. 1,5 -2 h vor Schließung sich in der Warteschlange angestellt hat wird pünktlich im 18 Uhr der Eingang verschlossen und die Schlange vor der Tür nur noch abgewiesen.
