My room was very hot when I arrived. The AC control panel didn't seem to work at all. I asked for help with it in the reception, and one of the receptionists came up to the room to try to adjust it, but only managed to get the screen to light up, not to adjust it. But since the display at least reacted, I tried some more, and after pressing the buttons extremely hard, I managed to get it down from 23°C to 19°C, which eventually brought the room down from "I can't stand this" to "still too warm". I ended up sleeping with the windows open every night. Which was good for the temperature, but not so much fun when they started making loads of noise on the inner yard at 5 every morning ????

My friends also had problems with the temperature in their rooms, and said they had problems last year too, so it seems like it's to be expected from this place.

I will prefer other hotels in the future.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean and all amenities are available, the location is really unique because it’s a cross the street from the main train and buss station plus it 2 minutes walking from the Main Street of all the shops, restaurants and shopping centres
The only downside of it that it has no parking so you have to park your car in the nearby parking which is about 5 minutes walking distance.

Comfy well insulated room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide spread of hot and cold foods. Special mention for the friendly and efficient service given by Herr Popa.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and modern. Also you have a nice view of the central station. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of options. What I didn't like is that they are serving just breakfast and you can't take lunch or dinner in the hotel.

Good for business trips.. I cut down one star as they even didn't bother to serve water in the rooms and one because my room card was not working properly.

One of the staff at the reception, unfortunately I forgot his name (male, tall, spoke Turkish to some guests) notified me, upon my arrival at 22:00 that the hotel has no water in the rooms until tomorrow at 10:00 am. You can find another hotel if you like to!! The audacity!
Who talks like that? Is it a Bazar?
Why don't you call me beforehand, email me, or at least try to be apologetic!
People go to high star hotels for the service!
That's not his fault, he has not been trained! It is on you management /HR.

Later that night, a friendly lady, at the reception, saved my weekend. She was sympathetic and offered breakfast to make it up for the lack of water and shower. I wish I knew her name. Obviously, she had some hospitality training. Very professional. Vielen Dank an die Dame, sie mag ihre Job! Das ist wichtig!!

The rest of the hotel, room, bed, linens, hallways, hygiene, was fine. My room was a bit loud due to street noise, mostly drunk people shouting...

If the guy had enough training to deal with situations like that, I would have given you 5 stars.
