Stayed at this property on my recent trip to Germany. While doing business in Essen this hotel is a 15 min drive from the Dusseldorf airport at a convenient location - tranquil, yet close to all the eateries around Ruttenscheid. Staff welcomed me very nicely and it had a personal touch that you typically just expect when seeing friends. Made me feel at home right away. The room I had was a double bed room which was very spacious, modern and clean. Plenty of outlets for my tech gear and some snacks/waters on my desk. Windows can be opened which is nice especially at nights if you like it cooler. General area of the hotel is very inviting and offers plenty of space in case you want to work with colleagues or just relax. The hotel has a nice gym that gives you plenty of room to do a workout.
As a family-owned property personalization and customization is their USP... never felt that welcomed and well taken care of like this before. A gem in the city you wouldn’t expect to find. Thanks Mr. Weber for your hospitality!
