Our impression was more than positive and our special requests were fully addressed.
We had a really great feeling and were really looking forward to the implementation and cooperation.

Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
Emails and phone calls followed.

After we didn't hear anything at the agreed time, we asked and received the information by email that they were getting offers (regarding a smoker, etc.) and that we would get in touch with them as soon as possible.
We asked several times by phone about the current status and were asked to wait longer.
It's been 1 year now.

Unfortunately, we never heard anything again, there was no cancellation or similar, so we tried to find another caterer.

So I can't comment on the quality of the food etc.

It's a shame that our collaboration ended like this.

I'm sure it would have been a great joint event.

Wir haben aufgrund unserer Hochzeit telefonisch Kontakt zu den Genussarchitekten aufgenommen und anschließend einen Termin bei der besagten Location vereinbart.

Unser Eindruck war mehr als positiv und auch auf unsere speziellen Wünsche wurde in vollem Umfang eingegangen.
Wir hatten ein wirklich tolles Gefühl und haben uns sehr auf die Umsetzung und Zusammenarbeit gefreut.

Leider kam es dazu nicht.
Es folgten Emailkontakte sowie Telefonate.

Nachdem wir zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt nichts mehr hörten, fragten wir nach und bekamen per Email die Information, dass man sich Angebote einhole (bezüglich eines Smokers etc.) und sich schnellstmöglich bei uns melde.
Wir fragten noch mehrfach per Telefon nach dem aktuellen Stand und wurden um weitere Wartezeit gebeten.
Das ganze ist mittlerweile 1 Jahr her.

Wir hörten leider nie wieder etwas, es erfolgte keine Absage o.ä., sodass wir uns um einen anderen Caterer bemühten.

Daher kann ich zu der Qualität des Essens etc. keine Angaben machen.

Schade, dass unsere Zusammenarbeit so endete.

Ich bin sicher, dass es zu einem tollen gemeinsamen Event gekommen wäre.
