Katastrophal, Mitarbeiter werden behandelt wie ein Schuhabtreter. Macht man nur ein Fehler versucht man schon die Person rauszueckeln. Sehr schlechtes Arbeitsklima!!!!! MAN WIRD NUR HIN UND HER GESCHOBEN!!!! SCHLECHTER Arbeitgeber und nicht zu empfehlen. Ich bin froh das die Person was neues gefunden hat wo das Arbeitsklima sehr entspannt ist und ihre Kreativität präsentieren kann. Und an eine gewisse Frau J. P. Ihr Umgang mit Mitarbeitern ist unverschämt noch dazu niveaulos. Mitarbeiter zu unterstellen das sie nichts sind und über andere lästern hinterm Rücken kann man nur mit den Kopf schütteln. Dennoch hoffe ich das diese Baustellen abgearbeitet werden und ein besseres Arbeitsklima für die Zukünftigen und jetzigen Mitarbeiter herrscht. Ich hoffe es sehr für Galeria 2.0 das Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof sich verbessert. Erstmal bei den Führungskräften im Einkauf und MP schauen wer da nich zu veraltet denkt. Besonders im Bereich DOB ist es ganz schlimm, unpersönlich und respektlos!!!!!!!!
