I stopped in for a few non-sweet items. They were all freshly made and tasted great. I also bought a piece of baklava, which was delicious.

Very poor customer service and staff is very unfriendly. I travelled more than 30 km on Saturday to order a birthday cake. I was told to come back on Monday as they don’t take orders on Saturdays. If you don’t take orders on Saturdays then better close your shop as well. I will not come back again ever and will not recommend this shop to anyone.
Very rude staff.

This place has the worst tiramisu ever. Besides, when I gave it back they said it is a Greek recipe and made me pay for it without even saying sorry. They are really rude and the manager is the same.

but overall its always unpleasant to go and especially stay in the shop because of the rudest staff of whole Essen...
