Hotel and rooms perfect. Breakfast depending on corona rules not in the variety as usually. We stayed for 2 nights, and the first breakfast on Saturday was not organized very well, maybe bec. of less service people... so we had to wait in a row very long to get for ex. only 1 more bread. Perhaps it would be better to make one row more, otherwise you have to wait for all the guests waiting for their eggs. The coffee machine is not very fast, esp. if you want hot water for tea.
On Sunday the organisation was better: more service personal and so quicker filled up empty plates, juice and the coffee machine.

My wife and I enjoyed a terrific stay at your hotel. It began with a fantastic representative at the front desk, Christian Morning. He was professional, engaging, bright and spoke very good English.
We were fortunate to have been given an upgrade in the room and found it luxurious and spotless.
One of the great benefits at the hotel is the free tram access in town that we used on both of our days in Erfurt.
The breakfast the morning of our departure was excellent, although I was not crazy with the link sausage. All other food offerings were superb.
Our room was a bit noisy with street traffic, but not enough to spoil the night's rest.
We found the room charges to be very reasonable and the 10 euro charge for parking for the night was worth the knowledge that the car was secure. The location of the hotel is convenient, especially with access to the tram.
If we ever returen, Victor's Residenz-Hotel will be our choice.

Excellent hotel experience. The staff were all fantastic. The room was much bigger than other rooms in more expensive hotels so was great value and good quality. The restaurant served excellent food and I had the best Pretzel I have ever tasted. Such a shame I was only there for one night!

Nice comfortable and clean hotel with easy access to downtown Erfurt. The staff is friendly and helpful and most speak very good English. Good breakfast with a variety of items to choose from.

I stayed in Victor's Rezidens Erfurt Hotel on 16.06.2019 for 1 night. The noise started after 01:00 AM and continued until 03:00 AM when I had to look for Hotel Lobby. It was night shift Reseptionist working on tables or couches. trying to replace their places or fixing something. I requested to be silent stating that it was 03:30 AM in the morning. He was so rude, not only did not stop but also said his boss told him to do it and can not stop working. I waited until 04:00 AM until the noise stops. What is worse that I claimed the situation to , the so called!, customer representative chief in the morning. She promised to talk to the night shift guy and return to me via e-mail. She returned on 18.06 stating that there happened no such noise, it was probably coming from another room:))) It is unbelievable this happens in a 4 star hotel. Shame on the Customer Reresentative. I definetly do not advice that hotel.

Awful awful awful. Didn't start well didn't end well for the family.
Start, accidentally booked night before the night we wanted to stay (wanted Monday/Tuesday, clicked Sunday/Monday Doh!) Not a problem we thought... booking made past 18.00 rang Hotel straight away. Man answered, we explained situation to him in German. He said he would look into it and ring back (booking reference given) . He did not ring back. Two hours later I ring them, man answers I speak English to him and explain situation again. He says he has computer problems and to ring again in the morning. I ask politely for his name and suddenly the phone is put down. I ring repeatedly 3 more times, each ignored.
I try to ring head of reception, no reply, it is past 21.00. Fire off emails. Get replies next day all say sorry, though you, booked cheap rate, you will just get 10% back. (DESPITE IMMEDIATE ATTEMPT TO CANCEL) So the family is hit for €75 for nothing. Thanks for that.
We thought Erfurt looked and sounded nice. Now as a family we will never know, the extra money needed for another room cannot be afforded.
Started badly, ended badly.(for us)
They owe me money. Legal letter in the post..? LIKE IF YOU THINK I SHOULD SUE :)
