The staff of Prestige are very friendly people. As a Canadian traveler spending time in the neighbourhood, I took to writing on a set of stairs near the business and they would bring me free coffee. As an English speaker, they took extra time to ensure I was happy with the orders I placed. Service is a bit slow, but their burgers are the best I've found in Erfurt. Good bang for your buck!

Sehr schwacher Lieferservice. Über 2 Stunden auf eine Pizza und einen Döner gewartet. Und Achtung! mein Armer Mann hatte eine hungrige Frau Zuhause sitzen. Die dann ihren Pizzakarton öffnete und die falsche Pizza hatte. 10 Minuten später klingelte es glücklicherweise und und wir bekamen unsere richtige Bestellung, dank des Kunden nach uns der seine Bestellung Gott sei dank sofort kontrolliert.
