Room standards are below basic.
The hosting staff lack basic communication skills and they have an unfriendly approach.
The room service is non existing and the staff bothered us knocking on our door at early morning for no meaningful reason.
The next day the demanded us to evacuate the room for doing technical works. That was neither agreed nor our privacy was respected whatsoever.
They do not speak English either.
Definitely not a place to stay.

Very beautiful location and wonderful people. Old Gasthaus, well maintained. The tram station just next to the wall. Melchendorf Market in 2 minutes walk. Breakfast have enough options. Only issue was location is far from HBF. If we want to go HBF early morning to catch any DB, or to comeback from HBF during late night its very difficult. Service was very friendly.

Very basic but good price as a good breakfast is included.Has a good locally patronized restaurant.

Gutes Bed and Breakfast Hotel mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Stadt! (S-Bahn Haltestelle hinter dem Haus) Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und die Auswahl groß. Unser Doppelzimmer war groß,sauber und in den Bett haben wir sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
