The spaghetti with tuna was ok, the fries not quite crispy (can't wait for delivery), forgot the mayo but flavorful. The pizza bread was a dry baked pizza dough, no oil, garlic undetectable and a real challenge for the teeth. Unfortunately not edible without additional oil.
The kebab plate was very small for €7.50, the vegetables were ok, the bread was warm and rubbery but not crispy. the meat was greasy, had a lot of gristle and no roasted aromas. Probably frozen goods. The "hot sauce" was just curry ketchup! Ultimately inedible!

Complained by phone. The service was not very customer-oriented and unfriendly. I was told the portion size was normal and "our customers like it that way!" After I became a little clearer, after thorough consultation, I was offered at least a subsequent delivery of meat and vegetables with garlic sauce.

Bestellt wurden:

3) Dönerteller mit Brot und scharfer Sauce
4) Pommes mit Mayo

Lieferzeit 50min am Sonntag - in Ordnung, war aber auch nicht weit (500m).

Die Spaghetti mit Thunfisch waren ok, die Pommes nicht ganz knusprig (kann bei Lieferung nicht erwarten), Mayo vergessen, aber gut gewürzt. Das Pizzabrot war ein Pizzateig trocken gebacken, kein Öl, Knoblauch nicht feststellbar und eine echte Herausforderung für die Zähne. Ohne zusätzliches Öl leider nicht essbar.
Der Dönerteller war für 7,50€ sehr klein, das Gemüse ok, das Brot warm und gummiartig, aber nicht knusprig. das Fleisch war fettig, hatte viel Knorpel und keine Röstaromen. Wahrscheinlich TK Ware. Die "scharfe Soße" war einfach nur Curry Ketchup! Letztendlich ungenießbar!

Telefonisch reklamiert. Der Service war wenig kundenorientiert und unfreundlich. Man sagte mir, die Portionsgröße wäre normal und "unsere Kunden mögen das so!" Nachdem ich etwas deutlicher geworden bin, bot man mir, nach eingehender Beratung dann wenigstens eine Nachlieferung von Fleisch und Gemüse an, mit Knoblauchsoße.

Nachlieferung kam nach 20min, Fleischqualität genauso schlecht, Knoblauchsoße in Ordnung.

Für uns bleibt die Erkenntnis, hier nicht noch einmal zu bestellen. Waren leider 20€ in den Sand gesetzt.
