Great group of trainers who are willing to work with new or advanced students. I speak very little german and they were happy to accommodate to the best of their abilities. As the name suggests they try to have a great friendly atmosphere and treat you like family.

The gym itself has excellent facilities. Locker room, shower, small free weight/cardio section, punching bags, fight ring, and the whole floor is padded. They also have a bar with free flavored mineral water for members along with other things you can purchase.

I take the Luta Livre class that meets twice a week and I would recommend it.
