This a good descent ramen. A bit more pok choi and some faster serving would have made it a five. I did not care for the matcha lemon drink.

Not an authentic Japanese ramen and it comes warm, not hot. Would say it's expensive for “not-so-delicious ramen”. And as an Asian person myself, I’ve been to many Japanese restaurants in Asia before, they are like 5-7 € and they were really good (like really delicious, comes with lots of rich ingredients)! But this place’s ramen was like 20€ and you have to order some ingredients individually that usually come together with the ramen, like an egg.

Very underwhelming, gyoza overcooked, the fried cauliflower was so salty it was inedible. The oil on the spicy ramen had a weird taste, more like laksa, and the broth itself was not what I would expect from a good ramen. Same goes for the miso ramen. I only had about 2 pieces of cabbage in my bowl and no bambus - which was mentioned on the menu. I also ordered duck, but got slices of pork instead.

Serving staff is nice and friendly, maybe the kitchen had a bad day, or maybe they need to train their non-japanese cooks a bit better and taste the food before serving.

Not planning to go again anytime soon

BEST RAMEN IN GERMANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The atmosphere was chill and enjoyable. The hostess was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.
The ramen is without a doubt authentic and best I’ve had by far in Germany. The broth is so rich and savoury. The eggs were a piece of art. Made to perfection! (Tantan Ramen and Miso Ramen)

Authentic Ramen place in the middle of Germany. Delicious food, friendly staff, great atmosphere, quick serving, 100% recommended.
