I was even informed by the salespeople about the possible perishability due to the transport routes (several km drive) and outside temperatures. Here you can already tell that the saleswomen stand up for their employer and are concerned about the quality and preservation of the products from purchase to processing/consumption by the consumer.
Of course it can also happen that something spoils faster, whatever the circumstances. There's nobody in there. These are FRESH PRODUCTS!!! In addition, it can be addressed at the next purchase.
Think how much chemistry (moisture gas, additives) goes into food wrapped in plastic just to make it last longer and look oh so great.
Of course, this is not a platform to get rid of frustration, but it must be made clear to some people what food is and where it comes from, as it is offered in the counter/in the shop. I don't have to be a meat/sausage specialist to know and follow the basic principles.

Wir sind immer total zufrieden, mit dem was wir bei der Firma Wolf kaufen. Es ist ja sogar so, dass wir - wenn wir in Erfurt (meiner Heimatstadt) sind - sogar Waren extra dort aufgrund ihrer Qualität und des Geschmacks kaufen und sind sehr zufrieden.
Wenn die Käufer/-innen natürlich bei hohen Außentemparaturen mit den Waren noch spazieren und nicht gleich nach Hause gehen oder nicht für entsprechende Kühlung auf dem Transportweg sorgen, dann versteh ich die Welt nicht mehr und den Verstand der Leute nicht. Aber leider ist das heute so. Es werden die Lebensmittel viel zu wenig/nicht mehr geschätzt. Dabei wird auch nicht beachtet, was dahinter steht: das Tier, die Fürsorge der Bauern, die Verarbeitung des Fleisches, etc. (Gleiches gilt für Gemüse, Obst u0026 Co.) Es wird heut zu Tage einfach alles nur noch für selbstverständlich hingenommen zu werden. Dies macht mich sehr wütend und traurig.
Bei jedem Lebensmittel (vor allem (!!!) bei Fleisch- u0026 Wurstwaren) muss die Kühlkette eingehalten und die Lagerstätte entsprechend gewählt werden. Aber leider gibt es ja überall solche Menschen, die versuchen etwas schlecht zu machen.
Ich wurde sogar von den Verkäuferinnen aufgrund der Transportwege (mehrere KM Fahrt) u0026 Außentemparaturen hinsichtlich der bestehenden möglichen Verderblichkeit hingewiesen. Hier merkt man doch schon, dass die Verkäuferinnen für ihren Arbeitgeber einstehen und auf die Qualität und Erhaltung der Produkte vom Einkauf bis zur Verarbeitung/zum Verzehr durch den Verbraucher bedacht sind.
Klar kann es auch mal passieren, dass was schneller verdirbt, durch welche Umstände auch immer. Da steckt niemand drin. Es handelt sich um FRISCHE PRODUKTE!!! Zudem kann es beim nächsten Einkauf angesprochen werden.
Überlegt doch mal wieviel Chemie (Feuchtigkeitsgas, Zusatzstoffe) in den in Plastik eingepackten Lebensmitteln drin steckt, nur damit es länger hält und ach so toll aussieht.
Klar ist dies keine Plattform zum Frust los werden, aber es muss so Manchen mal wieder vor Augen gehalten werden, was ein Lebensmittel ist und wo es her kommt, so wie es in der Theke/im Laden angeboten wird. Ich muss dafür kein(e) Fleisch-/Wurstfachfrau/-mann sein, um Grundprinzipien zu wissen und einzuhalten.
