Short stay of three nights at the hotel. Very nice rooms with a lovely breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and would stay there again when visiting Erfurt.

Very disappointing and pricy for what they offer!
We booked an AC room for more than 150 Euros but were put in a non AC room with Mouldy shower.
On requesting change of room the staff did nothing. On top even the water, snacks, parking, etc. was all to be paid for.
Rude staff!

Upper middle class price point but basic rooms have no A/C, no minibar, WiFi works only half the time and when with snail speed. Breakfast okay, location is the only plus

Breakfast could have been better, normal white bread wasn't there. Vegan options too were minimal

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and nice. Quaint. Most staff speak English as well as German. Parking garage is very small, tight and not a lot of spaces. Lots of shops and restaurants near, walking distance.

Superb location in Erfurt - just meters away from Krämerbrücke and other parts of the Altstadt. Very nice breakfast! And funny nudges to get people to breakfast in time. I loved the breakfast time traffic light in the hotel info folder. Other than this, the hotel is simple. The overall branding felt dated. Getting from parking to reception was super confusing. The reception staff made a big deal of the fact that he allowed us to use the parking for another couple of hours, when in fact the underground parking was not even half full.
