Die Stuhlsessel sind bequem und der Abstand zum Nachbartisch ist großzügig. Das Menü ist eine rundherum gelungene Gourmetreise, den Stern auf jeden Fall wert. Besonders gefiel der Hummer und die Variation von geröstetem und roh gehobelten Blumenkohl. Gefreut hat uns auch, dass der Koch Herr Arne Linke sich die Zeit für einen Plausch am Tisch genommen hat. Die Weinkarte ist fair kalkuliert und der freundliche Service trägt zu einem besonderen Abend bei. Schön das es dieses Juwel in der Gastroszene von Erfurt gibt.
