EAT Bistro, Erfurt, Germany, the place to eat. Our experience yesterday was simply fantastic. I have only taken time to rate restaurants 3 times in the last 10 years and felt compelled to do it today. The Chef artistically created the most phenomenal Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten... he is to food what Goethe was to poetry. Pure Genius. The restaurant is simple, but unbelievably tasteful and cool, with the most friendly staff and the best food ever. Kudos and a big thank you to Livia and Philip for recommending this place. Ps. Also try the sweet potato fries ... Pure simple perfection ????

Omg, FINALLY a great BBQ place in Germany. As an American I take BBQ seriously and its taken 7 years to find this gem in Erfurt!!
Best Pulled Pork and Pastrami I've had in Europe. It reminds me of NC, SC and GA BBQ. The BBQ sauce is soooo good.
The sauce for the fries was amazing!! I loved it!!!
Very reasonably priced, I'd gladly pay 2-3€ more.
And the cherry on top, SUPER FRIENDLY u0026 helpful staff(I think it might have been the owner), which is rare in German gastronomy.
Your restaurant deserves an award!!!!!

Very yummy street food. Best pulled pork I had this side of the Atlantic. Nice service - advised us that the holy trinity is more than enough for two. We were the last guests, but did not get rushed out by the staff waiting for their end of work shot :-)

The food presentation is super. Food tastes good, and the portions are really big. Prices are a bit over average. The atmosphere inside is a bit bad because of all the fumes, would recommend sitting on the outside tables.

Tasty and fresh Street food. I had veggy tacos and my friend a bread salad along with fries. All of it was super tasty especially the salad and the garnish.

We visited Erfurt for one day and accidentally discovered the place. To be completely honest, it looked pretty underwhelming from the inside but after making decision to explore the place our first impression completely changed! The place has really cool and modern vibe, every detail is thought through.
And now the best part - food! We ordered Holy Trinity plate, Turkey Curry Taco and Pulled Pork Sandwich and we were blown away! Holy Trinity is basically a food platter, very well prepared, cooked and seasoned. And the portion is more than enough for two people. Other meals were amazing as well - really fresh tasting with many flavours. We enjoyed ever bite of our food! And the prices were pretty affordable.
I would highly reccomend visiting the place!
