Wie jedes Jahr habe ich einen Geschenkkorb bei ihnen bestellt. Ich hatte extra angerufen das ich leider in Verzug bin. Mir ist bewusst das es 3 min nach Ladenschluss gewesen ist als ich ihr Geschäft betreten wollte und jeder an Weihnachten nach Hause möchte, doch so unfreundlich, fast schon jähzornig wie die Kunden von einem Herrn aus der Gourmetage des Hauses verwiesen wurden, entspricht nicht den Anspruch ihres Hauses. Unabhängig davon das ich ein Geschenk weniger habe war das ein Eindruck welcher doch einige Kunden davon abhalten ihr Geschäft zu betreten.
