Exceptional food and super friendly staff. Be aware the portions are big! We were 4 persons and had the cold and warm starters (plates for sharing) plus a main for everyone. We recommend to try the starters and the share mains.

Delightful restaurant, very friendly staff. The owner came by our table more than once. Food was absolutely wonderful, especially the mushrooms that came with our köfte and adana kebap. And the ayran was great.

I don't think I've ever had better chicken - the food is amazing. Even though the restaurant was almost full, the staff was very friendly, the service was great and our food came within 10 or 15 minutes.
So if you are looking for authentic Turkish cuisine with great atmosphere in Erfurt, I can only recommend this place. We'll be back!

If you are looking for amazing food that you can share among friends and enjoy in a loving and welcoming atmosphere - this is the place for you.

The owners are gems and the service is professional, yet hilarious in their interactions.

It’s delicious, it’s welcoming, and utterly relaxing. An absolute 10/10 or 5 of 5 stars:)

A friend of mine took me to this lovely restaurant. To be honest, I'm mostly sceptical when it's about Turkish restaurants because normally you don't have the taste like in Turkey. But in Ba Badiyel I have to say, I really felt like I'm home! Very friendly staff, awesome Turkish food and a very charming interior. I recommend to start with some Mezze for sure...

Don't miss this place when you're around Erfurt!

I have always been curious about Turkish kitchen, so I have tried a lot of different things in a lot of different places but my experience with Ba Badiyel was something different. From taste to service, I was satisfied more than enough. In conclusion, Turkish hospitality really is welcoming.

I was invited by friends to Ba Badiyel and was impressed with the quality of authentic Turkish cuisine served at the family run restaurant. They have enough space for inviting friends for celebrations too. With a variety of platters of appetizers, main couses and sweets on offer they let us enjoy Turkish food without the hassle of traveling to Istanbul.
With the open air area the place is always a good idea for summers too.
