Fresh food, good environment and lovely atmosphere. The waiters are very nice, polite and helpful with their recommendations. I think the food is a bit overpriced. Since it was my first time in Vietnamese restaurant, can't evaluate how good it was, but it doesn't match my taste. However, the food seemed fresh and was also garnished properly. The dessert was a part they should work on, because it wasn't tasty and the price also is expensive for it.

We get the food from deliveroo in 20 mins after order in app and the food is still hot when it’s arrived! Very efficient!

Authentic Vietnamese food! Highly recommend!

They were very accommodating with our dog, starters were good, main courses were bland (and took a while to come for which the staff apologized). Toilets were dirty and when some of the people in our party complained about the food not being spicy enough, an extra portion of food was brought with a side of hot sauce. I found this gimmicky. Overall a good atmosphere with average food, hence the 3 stars.

The place is really nice and the cooking seem good. But the ingredients are not up to quality. I took the chicken and was disappointed by the taste. I think it is a good place for a drink or to take the vegetarian option.

Given that the place is so highly rated, I guess it is really a matter of taste. For me, I simply did not like the dishes we had ordered. It had nothing in common with what I ate during the four months I spent in Vietnam, nor was it accomplished fusion, just a lot of sweet sauce for European vegetables that "Asian" restaurants in Germany tend to use to make the dish look Occidental.

I was in Düsseldorf for a few days for a congress and was looking for a place to have dinner. Due to the great reviews I chose then ZEN and wow, that was a good decision. The greeting at the door was really nice, food outstanding, music great and the service was just amazing. Especially the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. Big big recommendation! :)
