The food was delicious and the staff member’s were very friendly , Mr Tony’s hospitality was fantastic , I recommend this place to visit.

This Vapiano location in my favorite in Düsseldorf. I appreciate the spaciousness and large patio. The food and drinks are always great.
I would like to commend Tony for his incredible customer service last night. I noticed he was extremely busy and hustling due to an error with the order machine, but he got the job done while having a wonderful positive attitude. Thank you Tony!

Not impressed. The online ordering system doesn't work on every table - we ordered and after waiting 15 minutes asked a waiter to check on our drinks - our order wasn't in the system. One of our drink orders came out wrong after all that. And the pasta was gluey. The outdoor seating is nice.

We used to have good experiences here, but today we waited 1 hour 15 min for our starter and got the it served on an unwashed plate… here is what I want to say to your management: if you have understaff problem, inform your customers when they arrive so they can decide to stay or leave. If your kitchen is working under high pressure, better serve slowly than putting food on an unwashed plate. Consequence of today: food was wasted, customers left without paying, you get a 2-star rating on google, one for the good experience we had before and one for today.

Good food as always. The waiting time however was very long and one of our order was missed out. We were sure we ordered it, however it looked like due to some system error, it never reached the kitchen order desk.

Excellent service over 7 nights.
Chose this restaurant over my hotel nearby and found a wide variety of tasty food and warm, friendly service.

Food isn't the same as before. Instead of pizza the have something else in the menu which wasn't good. Also pasta was very hard. Felt like didn't cook enough
