BEST T-BONE STEAK IN TOWN????
I enjoyed yesterday a very nice evening in The Ash with my colleagues. The waiters were very friendly and helpful and all dishes and commands came right in time (sooner or later).
The food were perfeclty cooked and the drinks well served.
As promised in my last visit, I came to try the T-bone rare cooked which was delicious.
See you next time. I am coming for the Tomahawk ;)

The food is just ok… the ribs needs more sauce…

The service is good too but it took 1 hour for our food to arrived

Not the same dining experience as was before I remember a few years back. Quality of food was alright but too much fat on the ribs and lacking in flavor - uneven distribution of barbeque sauce. Ceasar salad was ok. Service was a bit slow and the wait for food was too long.

Decent meal, lovely ambience. Got the mass produced vibe, but tasty and generally fine. Desserts were a bit of a letdown though. The cheesecake tasted like it had been in fridge uncovered for too long and the red velvet cake was extremely dry. Service was a little slow and inattentive, had to constantly flag someone down, but extra points for copping it was my birthday and the free dessert and being super nice and friendly and patient with our bad German. Overall quite pricey, but acceptable and a good night out.

A good, but can be pricy, meat place.

Beef ribs is one of my favourite food, and is hard to find in DU. After an extensive search, I came across ASH and have since visited it several times.

I’ve tried beef ribs (unsurprisingly), burger and chili con carne. The food quality is high in general, although the ribs sadly didn’t meet my expectation. On the other hand, the burger was good and a much better value choice for the price.

The dining environment is clean and kind of fancy (not necessarily comfortable), and the service is very attentive.

All in all, I had good experience there, and likely visit again.

cool atmosphere, nice meat dishes, spare ribs were really good. staffs were smiling and kind.

First time here.
Steak and side dish (rosemary potatoes)
Very delicious.. ordered medium steak and got it.. very satisfied.

One star less for the dessert (New York cheesecake was too tick and taste like plain German Quark with sugar.. from such a place and for 8 Euro I expect much much better than that.
And came also late without apologizing.
