Pretty nice club with a cool interior and a standard club vibe. The dress code is pretty important here, which I appreciate. But this is especially important if you are a foreigner. The German visitors are granted passes more easily. Not a huge problem, but something to keep in mind.
The club experience is great. A lot of bars with enough room to dance and to chill in the lounge. But when I visited, the lounge was mostly closed. I suggest to check it out but do not expect too much from it. But even if you arrive at a not too awesome party, don't worry. The drinks are not that expensive!

Even though we were well-dressed and sober and had bought tickets for the new year's eve party, they did not let us, a group of three guys, in and refused to refund the tickets (38 euros/person). Clearly a rip-off. We were not the only ones to find ourselves in that situation.

Disgusting experience, made a reservation for a VIP table service for €500 specifically quoting it was for my 30th birthday. 7 of my friends and me (all of us practicing medical doctors) came from London to celebrate but we were turned away as we were a group of boys who ‘may cause problems’.
Don’t see how the large group of German guys behind us were not going to be a problem as they were let into the club without hesitation! Would never experience this sort of unacceptable and ignorant behaviour in the UK! Avoid this club!!!!

One of the most racist places on planet , if you want to see the definition of racism. just go to this club . I'am Brown skinned Canadian , just landed with some friends in Dusseldorf. some locals had recommended us to visit this nightclub, we were neatly dressed and it was around 11:15 , the guard simply didn't let us enter , we showed him that we have a lot of money to spend and we are just tourists that would like to live one of the best nightlife scene in Dusseldorf but he refused to let us enter .
I have been to many clubs in U.S.A , U.K , Australia , New Zealand before . i had never experienced or felt such discrimination as i felt it in the Nachtresidenz Düsseldorf .

As many others here have attested, don't be surprised if you don't get past the bouncers. I didn't get in either. Reason given: 'you're too old'. But who really knows what they're actually thinking. 31 years old, on my own, UK ID but could speak German. Possibly ageism, possibly sexism, possibly racism. Spend your time queuing at your own risk...

Reserved a table with a group of friends, which was all fine until they found out that some of the friends weren't white. We were not allowed in, even though we had come all the way from the Netherlands for a bachelor party. We had specifically mentioned that it would be a group of nine guys, and agreed to spend a minimum amount of money as part of the deal. Yet when we showed up, we were told that they couldn't let in a group of guys. Very sad to see that there is still so much racism around.

The system they have for paying is ridiculous, it was waaaay too hot inside. Very overrated place. I wouldn’t call the place racist because we saw a lot of different nationalities but I would not recommend going there.
