Ich habe mir einen Gutschein über Groupon gekauft und direkt im Anschluss nach einem Termin per Mail gebeten nachdem paar Tage um waren rief ich auch mehrmals telefonisch an, jedesmal wird man hingehalten mit der Aussage das man es weiter sagt und sich jemand melden wird. Habe mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und beraten gefühlt. Bin mit einem Groupon-Gutschein gekommen und hatte vorher nie EMS gemacht. Beim ersten Training wurden mir sehr viele Fragen zu Vorerkrankungen, sportlichen Vorerfahrungen und Zielen gestellt, welche Muskelgruppen ich besonders trainieren will etc. Und es wurde darauf geachtet, dass man vorher genug trinkt und falls es doch auf den Kreislauf gehen sollte ( kann beim ersten Mal schnell passieren, ist ja alles ungewohnt und anstrengend ) gibt's Traubenzucker. Service wird also sehr groß geschrieben????
Auch das Training ist toll, habe insgesamt bei 3 verschiedenen Trainern trainiert, es waren alle sehr nett und das Training war jeden mal etwas anders, also ist viel Abwechslung geboten. Falls einem die einzelnen Übungen doch schwer fallen, versuchen die Trainer mit netten Gesprächen und Fragen einen abzulenken, damit es leichter fällt.
Die Stimmung im gesamten Studio ist sehr gut, auch mit anderen Sportlern und der Umgang ist sehr locker, auch von den Trainern aus.
Sauberkeit wird auch groß geschrieben, es wird alles desinfiziert.
Bin sehr zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, vor allem nachdem ich in einem anderen Studio sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, weiß man Neogym sehr zu schätzen
