New type of fitness course. Here people are trained with EMS training programs. It is basically training body muscles with electric shocks. This technique saves a lot of time for people with busy routines. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good experience in total and a new experience for me. Hope it helps other customers as well. Super Studio. Ich gehe seit ca 1,5 Jahren zum EMS und es macht extrem Spass. Viel Erfolg mit wenig Zeitaufwand. Perfekt für Berufstätige mit wenig Zeit für einen langen Aufenthalt im Fitnessstudio.
Und das Team hier ist einfach super. Jeder Trainer variiert ein bisschen in seiner/ihrer Trainingsart, was sehr positiv ist. Alle sind immer gut drauf und haben sehr gute Fitness- und Ernährungstipps.
