Don't book this hotel. The hotel canceled my reservation 15 hours before check-in. 5 min after cancellation I called the hotel. They told me they have a problem with the reservation program. They also told me that my credit card was not accepted. I add two cards and was already travelling for 3 weeks with no problems. I asked to book the rooms directly but that was not possible. It was fully booked. So in 5 min there were several rooms booked.

WARNING! Do not book this hotel! They will cancel your booking less than 24hrs of your scheduled arrival and not offer you any reason why or a solution. Leaving you stranded to find another alternative yourself and that will now cost you twice as much because you have to find another accommodation which can take you in last minute. The booking we had was for 10 people, not something that can easily be booked somewhere else in such a short notice. Booked via Booking.com, booking.com made no attempts to help and customer service we had on the line sounded like a person trained to only read off a script. Very disappointed in Booking.com behavior and hope they blacklist this so called hotel.

fair price for basic, clean rooms. No tea/coffee in rooms but good wifi connection and very powerful shower! Staff very friendly and great location.

Our reservation got cancelled 1 hour before the check-in. The owner called us and said there was some issue in the system (???) and there's no room available for us. So immediately we had to book any hotel at higher price. Obviously they gave us no refund for sudden cancellation. When we came over to the hotel, it turned out there were other people that booked a room, but were cancelled just at arrival.

Cheap and cheerful place pleasant enough staff cleaning leaves a bit to be desired a shirt and socks still in wardrobe from last guest who also cooked noodles in kettle Which was left mouldy and it stank took it to reception but it never got replaced so no kettle for 11 days even after asking several times. But yes I would stay there again

great hotel, very supportive and helpful. Great conditions, location and everything. Highly recommend.

Average room. Priced accordingly. There where other guests that were too loud throughout the night. Could smell them smoking. Till half past four. Very unpleasant. Hotel close to undeground which was nice.
