Back again at the Doria during an annual exhibition, along with a number of other familiar guests spotted at breakfast.

The hotel's easy to find, with 3rd party parking around 5 minutes walk, which is quite secure.

The rooms are simple, but very clean, warm, and an all important hot shower. I was in the second building, located 30 seconds walk down the road, so needed to carry shirts to the main building to use the communal iron, that's the only negative.

Breakfast is simple buffet but enough options to set you up for a morning.

Lots of bars and restaurants in short walking distance.

Good value hotel, unfortunately the room are a bit small and have a not unpleasant old feeling. The sound proofing is poor, both inside and outside (the tramway is very loud, but they provide free earplugs that silent them down quite a bit), and the lack of air conditioning will probably make the room I was in (under the rooftop) hellish. The hotel location is good, very close to the tramway and 5-10 minutes away from the metro. The staffs were nice and tried to speak English to the best of their ability.

Great location, great breakfast, clean and tidy hotel in all...
The sound from the street is too much though if you have a room facing the street... That can ruin your stay there...
they provide earplugs...

Good location. Walking Distance of inner City and pub streets. Pleased with extremely Clean Room and enthusiastic welcome bs staff. Best the thing was the ability to Check in at 11am!

We did have an appointment with this hotel. Now we did asked for a confirmation and now they do nave space for us - even it is almost 1 year since we did order the room directly at the hotel! That is not a a way to treat good guests who come every year!

Nice staff, very clean room. Breakfast could be improved. Value for money is good.
