The name already suggests it: factory... Sushi is a hand crafted product and here you get some kind of reduced product. The fish is ok (not good or great but ok quality), however cut way to thin and short. The makis are too firmly rolled and only with a hint of fish in them. The selection is very small and in total it is focused on margin not on a good product - like a factory.

Hab es bitter bereut, hatte die nächsten Tage Durchfall und das muss am Sushi liegen, denn an diesem Tag hatte ich nichts anderes gegessen. Das Sushi schmeckt auch nicht frisch, die Reis "Blöcke" sowie der rohe Fisch werden in Tupperdosen aufbewahrt, wer weiß, wie lange die dort schon drin liegen.
Hier sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbeischauen!!! Nie wieder!!!
