Very big department store with five or six floors. You will find everything you need, cloths and shoes for men, women and kids, chocolate and candies, kitchen and home goods, cosmetics, bags, etc. I especially enjoyed wandering around the home goods session. They are not cheap, but are high quality products and very beautiful. You could easily spend a couple of hours here. The outside and surroundings are beautiful too. Could be a fun trip for a day.

Disappointed. Travelling with two people with mobility issues it was disappointing to find that accessible toilets were only available on the second flour. Out of three lifts only one worked. We had to wait a long time to move from floor to floor to shop.
For able bodied shoppers this place is great.

Nice and really big store. Here lot of cosmetics are available to buy. Also shoes and clothes are selling at this place. Several branded products are available to buy here. Chocolates and other items are also available in this store.

I normally rate Galleria Kaufhof really well around Germany as they usually have a wide range of products and I have never had any bad service… until coming here to the Düsseldorf Galleria Kaufhof. Sadly, the customer service in this store was the worst I have ever encountered. I asked for assistance after telling the lady behind the counter that I was directed to her counter to arrange tax free forms. Not before apologising that my German was not great. She was very unhelpful saying I had gone to the wrong counter and under her breathe said “Learn German!” whilst I was walking away.
I have never experienced such contempt for the customer, and such arrogance from what should be a customer facing role. Unfortunately, I did not get her name as she walked off, but suffice to say, I would not recommend shopping at this particular Galleria, especially when we were purchasing big ticket items. I would have expected at the very least, tolerance to the language barrier, despite the fact her English was a lot better than my German! To top it all off I didn’t even get the dust bag that the handbag should have come with!

I just love Kaufhof, what a great store . The shoe department is great, lots of Reiker brands on sale. Luggage was also great value today. Nice coffee shop, lovely selections on offer.

The only place I've managed to find nice socks for men. I was tired of my boyfriend having only black and grey socks and even tho we searched we hardly found any. I managed to get some really good ones here! Although it was pricey (12€ for each pair)

Wonderful department store with huge selection and great sales. The Browery on the ground floor is an excellent place for eyebrows.
