Most folks here speak a very useful English and try to accommodate to my incipient German, which I appreciate. I had to logon to the Deutsche version of Starbucks (.de) to register a new German-brought card because their system does not take American Starbucks cards, and I'm still getting points and other benefits of my gold card membership. Life is good here.
