My husband was admitted and treated here during the Dusseldorf Boot 2019 (Boat Show ) and the care he received was excellent. The doctors, especially Frau Dr. Korb and Dr. Enrico Kuhnert were kind and professional. The care was very patient centered. Being far from home is always scary, but the Sana Krankenhaus Gerresheim made the experience excellent. My husband was admitted and stayed two nights and everything went smoothly and efficiently. If only our Canadian system could operate so well. We are back in British Columbia and will always be grateful to Sana Krankenhaus.

The attention is just excellent, the practicants are really nice and kind. I got out from an emergency entrance in less than 3 hours with the medical prescription and pronostic, they've made a lot of tests and it was quick and effective. Schlimmstes Krankenhaus, welches ich je gesehen habe. Die Schwestern in der Notaufnahme legen Null Empathie an den Tag und die Ärzte sind total arrogant. Ich habe mir meinen kompletten Handrücken (Stufe 2) verbrannt und mir wurde nicht mal 1 Schmerztablette gegeben. Absolut unfähiges Personal für diesen Beruf. Schade!

Ich hatte eine Hernien-OP, leider mit Komplikationen, sodass es eine Nachblutung gab. Aber es wurde sehr schnell gehandelt, ich bekam schnelle Hilfe durch Konserven und einer zweiten OP.
Das Team auf der Intensivstation hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert, war immer direkt da wenn ich was brauchte und sehr sorgfältig. Vor allem waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Auch das Personal auf der Station 31 war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Ärzte waren allesamt kompetent, haben oft mit mir gesprochen und kamen auch nochmal vorbei, wenn man etwas brauchte. Ich kann mich nur herzlich bedanken, ich habe mich trotz der Umstände hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lediglich das Essen ist ... sagen wir mal okay. Musste mein Mittagessen leider öfters stehen lassen, da es nicht genießbar war.
