Yes it is a chain and you should probably not expect anything particularly spectacular. But! This chain is usually very good value for money. Has good food, has good wines, and in this particular restaurant we enjoyed very nice, helpful and multilingual waiters eager to help and make us feel welcome! This paired with the big terrace on a rather quiet corner close to the Königsallee, make it a highly reccomendable place! Yes, there are better options in Düsseldorf, but surely not in this price range. However, if you are looking for a nice unassuming place with great service, you can find this here!

Ciao Owner, I wanted to refrain from critique but since you kindly ask for it:

1. More Spritz in Aperol as the original recipe describes it
2. More food choices on the menu
3. Better pizza dough (but I admit that this one is subjective)

Why you got 3 stars and not 1?

1. Good location
2. Very friendly service

Loved it loved it loved it loved it.... but the pizzas omg... u should buy only 1 for 2 ppl. This was way way to big for 1 person ????

The interior is well-designed and nice. We went with colleagues and we all ordered different dishes. I had bruschetta and a pizza. The bruschetta was extremely salty and sloppy. No one liked it. The pizza was served on a half-size smaller plate than itself. So, it was challenging to cut it while it was dropping off the plate. Apart from that, the pizza was absolutely not delicious because of the low-quality ingredients, compared to the price. I visited two different branches of L'Osteria but the third visit will never happen.

I went there two hours ago. The Blond Waitress recomended the Spagetti for me, but the pasta was uncocked well. So, i asked them to recock it and they did. However, the taste was horrible. I asked the waitress to change the plate to Lasagnia as I could not eat the spagetti and she said ok. When i ordered the check the count the Spagatti which i did eat and asked them to change it and she said it’s ok !!!
