Rooms are rather small but clean. You can hear the traffic and ambulances driving past at nighttime. Minibar was empty and no complimentary water is provided. Breakfast was great and we encountered friendly staff there. Parking was 17 eur per day and parking spots are big enough for a normal sized car. We appreciated the parking bay where you can briefly pull up in front of the hotel to unload luggage.
Our main issue was that the hotel is not very child-friendly (or wheelchair friendly). There is an elevator but apart from that there are odd stairs from the garage to the hotel and the main entrance also has no ramp. We we’re also provided with a broken baby bed. Was not a major issue but just something that should be fixed in my opinion.

Location is great, within walking distance from major attractions and restaurants. Rooms however are very basic and the service wasn't that great at times (when we stayed at the bar in the evening), otherwise at the reception when we checked in, they were lovely.

Insufficient cash flow? cannot understand why the curtain is not enough, this is 6 o'clock in the morning, sunshine is good, but the room is too bright to continue sleeping...
Facilities are old, only reception service is OK. I will never come again.

Great position and friendly staff! In particular, I would like to thank Jean for his outstanding service! He took care of all the other guests and me during the breakfast by ensuring that I had everything I needed! He also shares some great tips about the city with his super friendly colleague David! Excellent breakfast selection and attention to detail, considering the category of this downtown hotel. Additional egg dishes upon request including freshly made crispy bacon. Friendly and attentive staff. Great start into the day

Right by carpark 7 so easy to use the free bus from the terminal and not have to pay £14 taxi.
