Now i am learn Boxing with Coach Rafik, he is a great coach. Sometimes it is very hard to find a coach who can understand you. But Coach Rafik absolutely is the one. I must say the personal training is wonderful and can make you better.

This is my favorite place in Dusseldorf! Rafik is an amazing coach, teaching not only technique and fundamentals, but also to box smart. The gym is clean, cozy and well equipped. This is a perfect combination of fun, fitness and skill. I look forward to coming here 3 times a week!

Ach ja... gerade musste ich an die guten alten Zeiten bei Rafik denken. Es war mein liebster Ort. Tolles Training, nette Leute und ein richtig richtig guter Mann dieser Rafik!
