Had lots of fun here! Good prices (We paid €40 for 1 hour for the middle room). The employees were friendly and the karaoke spaces were very clean. Rooms are spacious with different disco lights you can choose from and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned after the guests leave. The software on the karaoke systems could be simpler, but had an overall great experience!

I hated everything about this place. I arrived with a group of black female friends and we were rudely received at the reception. We were lead to a karaoke room and nothing was explained to us! The person who led us in just threw a bunch of cards on the table and when we asked for a menu he literally just pointed and said everything is in there. Everything is in Chinese and we literally just sat there (20minutes) trying to figure everything out- mind you you have to pay for this time you’re in the room. Most of the music was Chinese and the screen was also in Chinese, so difficult to operate!!! We then went and asked for help- which was also very rudely brought forward. The atmosphere was just cold!! As a black person i don’t recommend going there, ever!! It seems priority lies more with Chinese customers.

Before booking at this place, we clearly explained on the phone that we will sing in English and Japanese. When we arrived, we immediately realized that the focus was more on Chinese songs. We only found some Japanese songs and limited English ones. I mean the most famous English Karaoke songs weren't available. Some songs had to be downloaded first which took a lot of time, and that's time we paid for. The console was in Chinese only and we had to call the staff several times.
We left after an hour even tough booked for three. We were lucky to find a Karaoke box in another bar which met our expectations.
This bar is modern and the equipment is new. However, if you intend to sing in a language other than Chinese you should look for another bar.
There were other downsides as well. You cannot pay with card. That's really odd. When I asked why, the lady said you can pay via Paypal to my account. Sounds like tax evasion. Last but not least, the bouncer this bar hired was very rude and full of himself. We will not visit this bar again!

These people areracist u pay money to get their services but they wont be speaking English and they actually ignore you # Black lives matter , you shouldnt people indifferent because of the color of their skin.

Drinks are very expensive, and the karaoke tablet is in chinese only, but it's very fun and not too expensive split between 6 people

The classy and fine seating and service in combained with exotic Asian style Kereoke. Very high quality of beverage in general. Yet the Kereoke system requires updates in my pov.

Two stars because it was fun but a lot of songs were not available and the staff was quite rude. We couldn’t pay by card with a 400 EUR bill, I think it’s quite odd. Also at no point we were told that it’s cash only nor it’s written anywhere. Sketchy…
