Worst parking space ever experienced. I planned to take dinner nearby. I arrived at 19:07, it is only allowed to park till 8:30, written in German, I was not sure about it, and someone helped me to confirm that. I then want to leave, but it will anyhow charge 3 Euros, I chose to stay in the end. After a rushing dinner, I managed to back to the park before 8:30, I parked for 1 hour and 6 minutes, it charges me 6 Euros.

NOTE: the waitress in the restaurant told me that the PARK will be closed by 8:30, so I can not imagine what would happen if a foreigner parks his car in such a car park, and only finding it is closed(locked) after 8:30pm. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

Erst nachdem wir unser Fahrzeug in der dritten Etage abgestellt hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass es keinen funktionsfähigen Aufzug mehr gibt. Das Treppenhaus ist schmutzig und stinkt fürchterlich nach Urin, das Parkhaus ist runtergekommen. Parktickets können nur im Erdgeschoss bezahlt werden.
Dafür 2,5 Euro zu nehmen, ist eine Frechheit. Ein Hinweisschild auf den außer-Betrieb-gesetzten Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden.
Ohne Aufzug für Ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen ist das Parkhaus schlicht nicht nutzbar.
Vor dem Parkhaus haben sich offenbar Obdachlose unter dem Baugerüst eingerichtet.
Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, woanders zu parken.

Dieses Parkhaus war mal gut geführt. Seitdem der Kaufhof nebenan geschlossen ist, verschlechtert sich der Zustand zusehend.

Im Treppenhaus finden sich regelmäßig Fixer. Das Treppenhaus wird regelmäßig vollgepinkelt und zugekotet. Der Aufzug funktioniert seit Monaten nicht mehr.

Keine gute Referenz für den Betreiber und schade, wie man ein Objekt so verkommen lassen kann.
