No air conditioning, so hot ,,like a sauna room,,wash room mostly disaster because so hot,,we couldn't stay well because we thought there are air conditions but not ,,so hurts

Great location and the hotel overall. It can get quite loud outside if the window is left open due to a central location. Parking (under ground) is 15€ per night. street parking around barely impossible and for pay as well

Where to start with my bad experience with this place. Me and my friend need a place to stay for one night, we searched online, where it said they had available rooms, we walked for 15 min with our heavy luggages, when we arrived a lady at the reception without asking what we need she said "we don't have available rooms for you" then she kept on with series of no's without even looking at us until my friend brought out her phone showing they had a available rooms. There she went "yeah we have rooms but only single rooms, so I am sorry but there are no room available for you". At that point we decided to leave. After some time me and my friend discovered that, that day there was a business convention going on, I understand that maybe they were going for that kind of client but a client is always a client

On 19th of August 2020 eleven (!!!) guests waited for 30 minutes (approx 11pm - 11:30pm) in front of the door of the hotel as no one was there to open... why? The night receptionist was asleep in one of the bedrooms. We tried everything: calling the given phone number at the door, rang the bell, knocked on the windows. As he eventually (after 30 minutes) noticed us, he opened the door as if nothing happened... „do you have your room Card? Yeah it’s ok you can come in“ Worst hotel ever! Not even a drink at the bar was offered to us. Shame on you! Never booking this hotel again. I can only recommend to book hotels nearby. Btw: the 4 stars were given out in the 80‘s...

It was a very average experience. It looks a little bit old and the bed are not very comfortable. But the worst thing is the shower, cold water in winter is something that made me very disappointed.
However, staff is nice and the breakfast at the restaurant is good. Special mention to the person in charge of the service at the restaurant, very friendly and efficient (he's the reason I don't give only one star).

We has been stay here for 2 nights.Super friendly people and profesional!Room was very clean and also confortable beds.Breakfast was also good and nice jus orange and tasty coffee!The blond girl has help us realy friendly and has give us some tips about the city with a map.Also she made for us a upgrade for a bigger room,couse we have child!When we do Dusseldorf again than for sure we will stay in this hotel!Thank you somuch staff and we hope to see you soon again!!????greetings,Gideon Hagedorn,aleksandr and Natalia Aksenova
