Ich bin seit über 20 Jahren Kundin bei Perfetto. Früher habe ich das große Angebot geschätzt,, das nach dem Umbau nur noch ein kleiner überteuerter Supermarkt ist. Das Personal war noch nie besonders freundlich und qualifiziert. Heute habe ich zum letzten Mal meinen Fisch dort gekauft. 2 Verkäuferinnen waren am Wurststand beschäftigt (2 Kunden)t, keine Bedienung an der Fischtheke, Supermarkt so gut wie leer. Nach 10 Minuten habe ich nach einer Bedienung gefragt. Ich bekam folgende pampige lautstarke Antwort: Wir sind nur 2 Verkäuferinnen hier an der Theke, dann müssen sie sich mal gedulden! Und Tschüss Karstadt, hoffentlich wird das unverschämte Personal auch ab Ende Oktober irgendwo übernommen. Ich gehe in Zukunft zur Konkurrenz an der Berliner Allee einkaufen, da klappt alles besser.
