Best pizza we ever tried in Germany. Very thin, crispy, hot. Place is usually busy, so better to reserve table. BTW, someone wrote they don't have a bathroom for customers - they do!

This is our favorite place to enjoy pasta and pizza in Düsseldorf.
We love the food and the nice Fratelli team.

Food is great but sadly they don’t take Credit cards and only German debit cards.

A friend recommended this restaurant and it was a good choice, the food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. We’ll definitely come back :)

Delicious food--both pizza and pasta--and pleasant service. They didn't attempt to speak English but were patient with my rusty German. Very reasonably priced dinners. They do not accept cards so be sure to bring cash.

Last night I ordered the pizza for me and my daughter to takeaway, they said it would be ready in 10 min.

When we got there we asked whether it is ok to actually eat the pizzas in the restaurant since there was a free table. They said ok, so we sat down and waited. After 20 minutes the waitress comes and asks what we would like to order, we repeated the story about ordering it alredy half an hour before. It seemed they forgot about it, and that’s ok cause it can happen to everyone. After additional 20 minutes waiting for two Pizzas we decided to leave, so I went in and politely said not to bother because we waited for around 45 min in total.

What happened next is a disgrace. The waiter started yelling and being rude. The manager jumped in, spliting the waiter from me, saying “alles gut...”. While leaving I said to the manager that the behaviour of the waiter is really not ok, he was like “please, just leave” and in the and “this is not McDonalds!?”

So my daughter and I left and went to the restaurant next to this one and had nice dinner with pleasent staff.

Although I was a frequent visitor to Fratelli, I know I’m never going there again.

They don’t take credit cards and don’t post a sign saying so. The food is average. My pasta spent five minutes in a microwave before arriving at the table or so it seemed. The service was brusque. Save your money and go to Pizza Hut.
