Die Verständigung an sich ist schon schwierig. Sprachbarrieren sollten in so einem sensiblen Bereich eigentlich nicht mehr vorkommen. Es wird sich schon bemüht aber die Motivation zu arbeiten ist nicht die allerbeste. Jemanden zu finden der sich um irgendwas kümmert und das dann auch zum Abschluss bringt ist ein sechster im Lotto.

Was soll man da noch sagen. Auf der einen Seite sind es wohl die gegebenen äußeren Umstände die so ein Verhalten bedingen,
auf der anderen Seite ist es jedoch sicherlich die Sprache, Philosophie und der gelebte Umgang im Haus miteinander und dem Patienten gegenüber.
