We had a good dinner here. Food was very good but I think you can eat the same or even better quality in other restaurants for the same price. We will come again though and the service was fast.

it's a nice restaurant. you can eat good sushi here, but I miss dishes with meat, they are few. but otherwise good restaurant to visit

I’ve been visiting this Okinii since 2020, and each time the experience is getting worse. Something is always changing but in a negative way: a price increase, or no more tablets to order, or too long waiting time for ordered food…

The food is ok. But this time we’ve been waiting for majority of dishes from our 1st round after we already asked for the 2nd, and the same with 3rd. It doesn’t make sense to have the concept “order every 15 minutes” if you can’t deal with it. We saw a lot of waiters (which look being super busy and in a rush all the time), but the mess with delivery time gave us impression of understaff problem in the kitchen.

Anyway, the current ratio of price / food quality + service is inadequate: 2 dinners + 2 beers + 2 homemade lemonade for 80€ is too much for such experience.

Food is tasty, rice wasn't that sticky and teriyaki meat was a bit dry, but for the rest, miso soup, shrimp tempura, bento lunch box was good as well as lemonade and beer, but it would be appreciated if servant were not rude and arrogant, but nice and polite.

We stayed longer in NRW specifically for this sushi restaurant. We ate at Okinii everytime I was in Köln, but now I'm trying the restaurant in Düsseldorf. I was quite disappointed with the branch in Düsseldorf.(not that it deserves less stars tho). Because the food variations are quite small and the restaurant does not look as good as in Köln. We always ordered as much takoyaki as possible because takoyaki is quite expensive if you ordered them separately from any Japanese restaurants.

And one more thing! the sushi was fresh and the fish meat was quite thick! It is really good

All you can eat system was great, you can order many rounds of different things! Works well with your phone. Also lot of cocktails available, good prices too. We get a table without reservation but I think we were just lucky, probably best is to book before. I recommend!

the lowest level of service which I ever met.
Nobody clean up table , serve napkins or even grab plates .
the food … very questionable.
Please don’t try rolls!

Possible it’s good for students… but not for me at all.
