I stayed with friends one night on a road trip and we liked it so much we booked an extra night on the way back!
First night we had a 3 persons room. All the beds, including the extra bed were comfy, there was plenty of space for all of us and the bathroom was perfect.
We even booked an hour in the karaoke boots in the basement and had so much fun!! Amazing experience!
The staff was very nice, well organized and helpful.
On the way back we had a slightly better room for two. Similar experience! We arrived just in time for check in and there was a bit of a queue in reception but personal was quick and professional so we only had to wait for a little bit.
I will definitely come back and recommend the place to friends and family!

Horrific, do not stay here!

Unfortunately this review might surprise you. While staying at this hotel I experienced a multitude of issues that shocked me and I will go into detail.
Firstly, I have never experienced bar staff to be so slow and unsafe. We waited over 15 minutes in a near empty bar with 2 barmen for 3 beers, at which point the bartender informed us he still had to change the keg. They were mostly just walking around aimlessly.
Secondly, a drunk guest had dropped a full glass on the floor and this mess was sat on the floor for over 30 minutes, no sign of clean up, wet floor sign or any attempt to tidy away the glass, ice and liquid on a wooden floor.
Shocking.
Thirdly, we saw multiple mice (see pictures) under the benches of the bar and when I mentioned this to a member of staff, they just said: don't worry, this does not impact our adherence to hygiene laws.
She didn't even say she would report it to maintenance or mention it to anyone.

Clear lack of trained staff with no regard for hygiene standards.

The room was quite small as well and the shower was horribly low pressure and leaked into the bathroom. The coffee machine was dirty and i didn't actually have coffee in the room when I checked in.

Considering this hotel prides itself on being good for international business clients, the state I found when I came here was difficult to imagine.

Location is fantastic, amazing bit of Düsseldorf.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very nice and helpful and always with a smile on their fave. The room is also nice and although it was missing a kettle, they brought one when I asked.

Having the pool and sauna there too is a great plus

We stayed here for two days and liked it a lot. One highlight is the rooftop pool and gym area where you have a great view over the city. Also the rooms very quite spacious and the service was very nice. The breakfast had also everything needed and the food quality was good. I just have to minus one star because the service and female staff at the pool area was kind a strange. They just allowed people to go in and up to the pool in their normal clothes with street shoes on, which was totally unprofessional and also impolite to all the people in their swimsuits.

I made a reservation for 3 persons about 2 weeks before we travelled through the official website of this hotel. When arrived at the hotel, I was given a room with dirts on the carpet and unfurnished bathroom door.
There is no place to hold the shampoos in the shower place.
I talked to the receptionist the second day. The only thing she could tell is " sorry, we are fully booked."
I don't think FULLY BOOK is the reason to give guest a room which shouldn't be opened for use. This room 291 is totally not qualified for host guests.
I had stayed in this smelly room for 2 nights due to their "fully book " situation. Then I got upgraded to a Junior suite for the third night, the last night. These two rooms are actually located in different towers of the building. Room 291 is in the conference center tower and the Junior Suite is in the hotel main tower which is renovated.
Don't go to the conference center and better to check the room before you settle down.

A bit on the pricier side, even though the room we were in was in a shabbier part of the complex and my dust allergy was acting up (the orange carpets in the hallway were very dirty). The rest of the hotel looks super fancy though, especially the lobby. Breakfast is €29 per person but it's really good and they have a Japanese corner with grilled fish, rise and miso soup. The staff was super friendly so nothing to complain there.
The location is good but finding a parking spot was very difficult. The public garage on site is rather expensive.

Impossible to reach anyone over the phone on the weekend here. Tried more than ten times and only got connected once. However the person just immediately hung up again. Apparently basic service here isn't possible with that big of an hotel and so many rooms. Don't book here, because their default is also no cancellation. The person at the reception couldn't help me, because "only the booking department can make such a decision" and guess what, they aren't available/working on the weekend. Like every other Hotel is able to get this.

Once we arrived, we weren't allowed to park in the entrance for 15 minutes to go fresh up and leave again. We had to go to the super expensive parking down below.

Overall the hotel seems very dated and run down for the price point. It's at this point just a cash cow with apparently zero effort to make the customer feel welcomed.
