I work in customer service so I have been very surprised that here is so poor. The shoes they are selling are high priced, so this would be a reason to treat better clients. There are so many workers with nothing to do, they meet in pairs and talk and laugh as in a party. I had to repeat twice the shoes I wanted to try. In the cashier, after paying, the worker even didn't say goodbye. Should consider customer service severe changes.

The shop might have unique shoe collections and it is in the “Altstadt” next to many many other shops so its easy to reach. But unfortunately the workers there are not friendly and the manager was very rude. There is also no system, you might sit there for 20 minutes waiting for a worker to notice you.

Poor staff , I was there when one of the staff was hash to guest. Very bad ????. I think the manager should keep his or her eyes on his staff especially the old ladies . Never agian
