Very central, only 5 minutes to the river. I arrived a bit late and the keys were in a key safe - the instructions said I'd been sent a code in an email which I don't think I received - however it was quickly sorted by a call to the number on the instructions. There was a very strong smell of weed in the stairwell but thankfully it didn't reach my room on the top floor. The bed was comfy and the room clean, though the towels looked a washed out grey rather than white. All in all, fine if you're passing through for a night.

Due to unexpected family events ( heart attack) I couldn't make the trip. They treated me really poorly when I contacted them. They refuse to make any exceptions to the cancelation policy but overall they treated me really badly when I contacted them over the phone. They lack any human compassion and respect but overall they where really rude. Life is unfair but I hope that they never encounter a situation like mine in their lives. Traveling sometimes you need to rely on the help of the hotel but as I have seen they lack empathy and minimum humanity

Perfectly located small hotel in altstadt. Walking distance from anything one needs. Street side rooms can bee noisy during holidays. Breakfast is OK but space very limited. No lift, four floors.

No Rezeption, cleaning lady was waiting near door with words, that she will not wait longer as 10 minutes at 11 o'clock (though check out time is 11:30). Very very loud. Only good are price and location.

No 24 hours reception. Very big room but quite noisy.

Enjoy staying here. In the middle of everything and well connected. Clean, sanitary apartment.

Cheap basic and warm. Central to yhe market. Lots of bars and eateries
